Sabine Kierdorf is Guest Professor for cultural management and intercultural communication at International Universities with extensive business experience in a variety of countries (international project management & managing director of a network with culture-, University- and industry partners in ca. 70 countries), branches (culture, media, sports, industry, NPO) and functions (entrepreneur, CEO, consultant, service). 

In her horse-assisted seminars & coaching she is focusing on helping CEOs, senior executives, and their teams to develop their communication and management styles.

In her student years she worked in France with mounted shepherds of the Camargue and trainers of Spanish horses. For the past 25 years, she and her husband have managed their own private stable with Hanoverian horses. The knowledge of the touching power of working with horses motivated her to open this field to executives and companies and to offer seminars worldwide, such as at the equestrian center of the Beijing Sports University, home of the national team and venue of the Olympic Games.
